How Quickly Can You Start?

Most jobs go on the schedule within one to three days. Call or text and you'll hear back in minutes, not the next business day. You get a fixed written quote up front, so the number you agree to is the number you pay.

Do I Need To Be Home While You Work?

For exterior work, no. We only need access to your yard and an outside water spigot, and plenty of our customers leave a gate code and come home to finished glass. For interior cleaning we do need someone to let us in. Either way we confirm the arrival window the night before.

What If I Don't Know What I Want?

That is normal, and it is what the free estimate is for. Most people start with exterior glass and add interior, screens, solar panels or the garage door once they see the difference. We will walk the property with you, point out what actually needs attention such as hard water etching, torn screens or salt buildup, and quote only what you want done.

Do You Offer Recurring Service?

Yes, and about nine in ten of our customers use one. Coastal salt air puts glass on a faster cycle than inland homes, so most choose quarterly, triannual or semiannual visits. Your first cleaning is on us when you start a service plan, and you can change or pause it whenever you like.

Do You Offer Touch-Ups Between Visits?

Yes. If a window needs another pass after we have gone, tell us and we will get you on the schedule - no charge, no argument. Touch-ups are included with our quarterly and triannual service plans.
